Update

I’ve written previously about stress, and methods for relieving this insidious threat to our sanity. What better way to relax than settling down with a good book. Reading fiction takes you away from the tensions of life and drops you into a fictional world where anything can happen, but it happens to someone else.

Actively determine to rid yourself of some of that built-up stress. Breathe deeply, take a break, and open up that promised book.
